Counsellor - Inside Sales - Education (1-2 yrs)
- Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Counselor to join our dynamic sales team.
The Job :
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, cold calling, and effectively convincing customers. As an Inside Sales Counselor, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by providing excellent customer service and converting leads into sales. This is a full-time position with a 6-days of work.
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, cold calling, and convincing customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively convert leads into sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
