Who is A Counseling Shortcuts Sales Counselor?
- A business development sales counselor plays a crucial role in enhancing a company's growth by overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to the ultimate conversion i.e. enrollment in the program.
- This position involves engaging with parents or adult learners who have participated in a demo class and experienced the product.
- The counselor conducts thorough video counseling sessions, guiding decision-makers towards informed decisions leading to a purchase.
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
2. Call 140-250 leads every day
3. Set up meetings with potential clients
4. Generate trial classes, demos, and assessments by pitching parents to take our program and AI-powered career assessments
5. Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)
7. Go the extra mile to drive sales
8. Use the right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in 3 months, thus achieving a license to sell (L-2-S)
Other requirements :
1. Proficiency in English
2. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
3. Fast learner and passion for sale
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
5. Proven experience in sales or relevant roles is a plus
6. A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
7. Willing to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced startup
8. Ready to work and join immediately
9. Female candidates preferred
10. Hindi as the first language preferred
