Cosmic Payment Solutions - Manager - Presales (3-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the presales function for the company to deliver a high-quality experience to the customers during the acquisition/onboarding and delivery stage.
- Own the planning of cost and revenue outcome for each project and maximizing the profits for the organization.
- Continuous knowledge of competition landscape, their offerings.
- Updating/providing feedback to the product development/delivery team about the new trends/solution expectation from the customer sides.
- Conducting the demo, preparation of pitch presentation, coordination with internal teams.
- Create proposals, cost estimation, and help sales to negotiate the contract.
- Develop and build required standard collaterals for the business team and drive the required product training needs for the business org
- Assess the customer needs and arrive at the best solution by engaging the technology and delivery team is the key aspect of the profile.
- Should coordinate between technology, delivery and data sourcing team constantly and help in the product and solution development for the Indian Market Skills.
- Should have a high degree of expertise in making presentations/proposals and contracts with good commercial sense.
- Should possess good operating sense in terms of communication, CRM software and tools that are required for the smart functioning of the organization. Jira/Salesforce etc
- Should be open-minded and flexible to adapt a start-up and high growth organization. An earlier stint in Start-up would be an added advantage.
- Should have a good value system in terms of Integrity, respect for others, and behavior.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of experience in Pre-sales and Solutions role in Enterprise service/Analytics / Finance / Technology company.
- Should possess knowledge of the location, predictive and geo-analytics and any experience in the past in that domain in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Should have a high degree of expertise in making presentations/proposals and contracts with good commercial sense.
- Should possess a good operating sense in terms of communication and tools that are required for the smart functioning of the organization.
- Should be open-minded and flexible to adapt a start-up and high growth organization
