Corvi - State Manager - Sales (6-15 yrs)
1. Responsible for driving the primary and secondary sales of the entire range of Corvi LED products.
2. Establish a network of Dealers in vacant territories.
3. Maintain relationship with Dealers through regular market visits.
4. Monitor and improve accountability of ASMs and their total calls per day, secondary sales value, leads in pipeline and PJP.
5. Be the face of the organization for stockist/ distributors, dealers and customers to solve problems and enable better service levels.
6. Assisting the ASMs to close projects/ government/ corporate sales.
7. Tracking of POP dispatches, signages and display items for retailers and ensuring Brand visibility.
8. Handle directly Top dealers/ retailers of the State contributing the max. business and market share.
9. Responsible for organizing regular retail, distributor meets, seminars etc.
10. Be the mentor for his team in terms of Training & development needs of the team members.
