Corporate Sales Account Manager
Your Key Responsibilities :
In this role, one needs to go out and beyond to accomplish revenue targets for the region.
Revenue Maximization/Generation :
- Plan & oversee business development efforts for CWS in Pune to on-board CAT A & B Corporate clients.
- New client acquisition of IT/ITES category client that meets CWS payment-policy standards for FOREX or INR payment terms.
- Build & strengthen the relationship with existing client partners & other relevant stakeholders (Implants/TMC's) to enable revenue generation efforts for CWS for future bookings.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance & Sales Management team to drive topline for CWS's profitability growth.
- Preparation of presentations and quotations to improve awareness of CWS and to generate forthcoming business queries/closures.
MIS/Database Management :
- Maintain Client Database by inputting MIS data and updates in CIS, Master Database & Monthly Revenue Reports.
- Maintain Periodical Reports on Competition Mapping, Client Revenue MIS & Market Share assisting the management with MIS.
- Understand and asses the overall market - competitors- strengths and weaknesses, OTA's/TMC's pricing strategies, vendor empanelment, etc. to determine effective and productive sales strategies to build market share.
Internal Co-ordination :
- Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure a smooth transition on new clients with complete CIS Information.
- Collaborate with Operations, Alliances & Finance Teams in CWS to ensure smooth work-flow functioning on a day-to-day basis.
- Work closely with the Travel Advocate for pricing and the Finance Team to set up a client payment process abiding by CWS Payment Term policies.
What To Bring :
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in the Travel/Hospitality Industry with knowledge of the travel-trade ecosystem.
- Preferred Qualification: Graduate, preferably from Tier I/Tier II University.
- Understanding of Key Account Management principles / consultative selling will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Concise yet inspiring communicator.
- Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network to co-ordinate on the client empanelment process.
