Corporate Sales - Voucher Business (6-10 yrs)
Position - ( Gift Cards & Gift Vouchers ) - this position would be responsible to manage Voucher Sales Business in the defined geography (Zone). Company has divided the territories into zone wise (East/West/North/South).
Role &Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Voucher Sales business for assigned area.
- Target Achievement as set by management
- Meeting &Reviewing daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Target of Zone.
- Making Business plans and strategies
- Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
- Keep in regular contact with clients and maintain healthy communication & relationship
- Market review of new products and services
- Regular attending Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company
- Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
- Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification: UG (any), MBA (sales/marketing)from a business school of repute
Experience: Minimum 6-10 years- experience out of which 3 years must be in voucher sales industry. Mandatory experience in Voucher Sales
Skills: Excellent communication & presentation skills, Proven ability to recognize, analyse, and take action on go to market approaches. Good leadership traits with flair for independent working. Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills.
