We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Person to join our team in the learning and development industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in selling digital learning solutions to corporate clients, enterprises, educational institutes, and universities in India.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in the corporates and enterprises in India.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Understand clients' learning and development needs and propose tailored digital learning solutions to meet their requirements.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our digital learning solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling digital learning solutions or related products/services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of the learning and development industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.

- Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
