Corporate Sales Role - Personal Bank (1-3 yrs)
Position Title : CEP Personal Banker
Business Unit : National Distribution Structure
Grade : Officer/Senior Officers
Report To : Branch Manager & to RSM
Job Purpose : To build very strong connects with Corporates and source salary accounts
Key Accountability : The key accountability of sales officers is source quality salary accounts and cross sell various banking products
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empaneled corporates
- Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance , Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP etc.
- Ensure 100% salary credits in all accounts sourced within M+1 month
- Corporate employee engagement activities
- Participate in corporate induction and migration events
- Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor
Preferred Qualification and Experience : Graduate/Post-graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience
Core Competencies :
- Ready to travel and goal oriented
- Must be a good listener and presenter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Experience and Competencies:
- Deep Banking knowledge
- Good network in the market
- Computer and digital savvy
