Role & Responsibilities :
- Identify potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to create new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to close sales deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
- Coordinate with the management to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
- Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
- Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands.
- Conduct health camps/marketing/CMEs for corporates, communities, clubs, etc.
