Corporate Sales Role - Life Insurance (6-15 yrs)
Objectives.
Business Development, Consultative selling, Corporate Sales, account management and customer acquisition.
Experience in Corporate Sales of Life insurance products is must.
Key responsibilities
- Reaching out to senior leaders in finance / treasury / payroll / HR at Corporates, MNCs & SMEs in Gurgaon for managing their employee benefit funds. Gratuity & Super Annuation funds
- Solution selling skills, competitive analysis, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Providing Employee Benefit solutions to corporate clients both MNCs and PSUs
- Mapping the account and conducting escalation meetings
- Carrying out reviews and investment con-calls for the corporate
- Providing the necessary help required for resolving any queries regarding formation of new trusts or making changes in the existing trust.
- Carrying out Employee communication in corporate to address any issues that employees may have.
