Corporate Sales Role - IT (3-4 yrs)
- Prospect for new clients by Cold Calling, E Mail Marketing, LinkedIn networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from clients.
- Must have a strong experience in Corporate Sales in IT Sector.
- Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Business strategy development & alignment with clients for recruitment process. Targeting new business.
- A strong track record in acquisition & getting new clients for technical staffing services.
- Understand a prospect's business needs and work with the teams to develop a tailored staffing proposal.
- Plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
- Strategic planning is the key to the role and requires a thorough knowledge of the market.
- Achieving individual as well as team target if you are handling team monthly.
- Maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance profitability of business operations.
- Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs), Requests for proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
- Can handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to positive conclusion; the solutions/services the company can provide; write reports; and provide feedback to the reporting manager.
