Corporate Sales Role - Healthcare (3-5 yrs)
1. Should personally visit 8 to 10 referral doctors/day for referrals.
2. Meet potential Consultants and detail hospital facilities and other services.
3. Attend to doctor queries and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Conduct CME and other relevant activities as and when necessary, after obtaining appropriate approvals from superiors.
5. Establish contacts with smaller health care facilities, including clinics and diagnostic centers for the purpose of obtaining referral business to the hospital.
6. One to one meet, dinner meet, lunch meet- Customer engagement progress.
7. Camps every month- Promotional camps/events to be conducted regularly
8. Branding work in co-ordination with patient relation Manager and Ops head.
9. Co-ordinate for various community related programs developed by the communication department of the company.
10. MOU with Industries/banks/schools/community services/Clubs & Associations like Lions/Rotary/ corporate clients for providing medical care to them and their families.
