Corporate Sales Role - Gems & Jewellery (6-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
2. Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
3. Business Development :
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact through various channels.
- Present and promote Divine Solitaire's gold and silver coins and jewellery products to corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
4. Product Knowledge and Promotion :
- Stay updated on the latest products, trends, and developments in the Gems & Jewellery industry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to corporate clients.
- Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to stay ahead in the industry.
6. Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet client needs.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Role Requirements :
Desired Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience :
- 6-10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the Gems & Jewellery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills and Competencies :
- Strong understanding of the Gems & Jewellery market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
