Weare seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive our revenue growth in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling software solutions to corporate clients, particularly within the HR domain. Your primary role will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand our customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key corporate clients.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large clients, ensuring profitable sales.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align on common objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the software solutions or HR technology industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including CxO, Director, and VP levels.
- Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
