Corporate Sales Role - eLearning (5-10 yrs)

Experience : Minimum 5 - 7 years in Corporate Sales (B2B/Enterprise Sales), of which at least 3-4 years should be in the eLearning Industry.
Qualification : MBA / PGD - Sales or Marketing
Salary : 5 LPA + incentives
Location : Vile Parle East, Mumbai
Job Description :
- Setting up meetings with existing and potential clients for Enterprise eLearning Services of GOLS viz.
- Custom Content Development, Customised Learning Management System (LMS), eLearning Consulting solutions.
- Giving Corporate and services Presentation /Demonstration to clients.
- Meeting the right person in HR / L&D departments, CXOs of the company.
- Mapping potential customer & generate leads, new opportunity and sales for the organization.
- Responsible for maintaining good relation with existing clients and cross selling and client mining.
- Maintaining full life cycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Spearheading new business development and client management for the allotted area / region
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers
- Maintain the status of all prospects on daily/weekly/monthly basis and submit it to the management.
- Hands on experience in eLearning sales and business development would be preferred.
- Meeting quarterly and annually sales targets and KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must have in-depth working hands-on and knowledge of eLearning and IT industry
- Should have the capability to critically analyse the needs of client
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team building capabilities, good coordination with project execution teams and client.
- Responsible for all pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI response, conceptualize solutions, service mapping, etc.
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Should be able to develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms.
- Working closely with other teams/departments to develop new business.
- Participating and representing the company at corporate/networking events.
