Corporate Sales/Partnership Role - NGO (4-10 yrs)
Responsible for achieving the corporate sales / fund raising targets
- Initiating corporate tie-ups in assigned area - with special focus on closing deals
- Assist Area Coordinator in acquiring new corporate clients / donors
- Maintain relationships with existing donors and Client servicing
- Managing team to ensure corporate sales / Fund Raising targets are met.
Team development - build capabilities and increase fund generation.
- Co-ordinate internal communications and awareness of organization direction, mission, aims and activities.
- Responsible for conducting survey of potential markets for new leads
- Responsible for proposal writing/processing of grant application/ donor reports/ volunteering engagements with corporate employees
Prior experience of corporate sales/ client servicing/ KAM
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong target / results orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Open to work with social sector organization
