Role and Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to sell corporate solutions to both B2B and B2C clients. You will focus on promoting our range of 247 Solutions, including Virtual Consults, Pharmacy, Lab tests, Circle Benefits, Family Health Plans, and OPD subscription plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with IT companies, banking institutions, PSUs, insurance brokers, and other corporate clients
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to reach corporate HR leadership through tele calling, cold calls, LinkedIn activity, and other channels
- Building a robust prospect base to ensure consistent achievement of business targets
- Managing end-to-end relationships with corporate clients, including account servicing, handling escalations, and resolving any issues
- Ensuring institutional orders from large and midsize corporate clients for our pharmacy services
Candidate Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- Any graduate degree
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, and B2C sales
Required Skills:
- Strong sales acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
