Corporate Sales Executive - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working completely in Corporate Sales Vertical.
- Organizing events/ presentations in corporates and showcasing all organizations residential portfolio.
- Generating leads and selling through Corporate Sales.
- Interaction with Service team heads, along with individual brokers in the IPCs apart from local brokers for selling the residential spaces & Plots showcasing the investment purpose.
- Interacting with the marketing team and setting guidelines to timely market these products.
- Client Interaction, Negotiations, Legal Documentation, Lead Generation, Account Management.
