Corporate Sales Executive - Placement Services & Training Services (5-8 yrs)
- Define various offerings for Corporates, Commercial Establishments and Government Departments.
- Identify Corporates, Commercial Establishments and Government Departments who will potentially buy - Placement services and Training services from GDH Workplace Private Limited.
- Generate Sales Pipeline and Valid leads by developing and positioning GDH Workforce Services for the benefits of their organization and their employees.
- Develop Customer specific solutions, business proposals.
- Submit and Present proposals to the client key decision makers.
- Conduct scope and price negotiations and influence buyer decisions in favor of GDH.
- Manage professional relations with the buyers and convert these leads into concrete Customer Orders and meet the set monthly/quarterly Sales targets.
- Coordinate with GDH Placement teams, Service Delivery teams, GDH Workforce Training Centres for fulfillment of these orders.
- Manage ongoing healthy customer relations and ensure Account growth.
Experience: 5-10 years
