Job Description:
Developing corporate partnerships:
- Actively reaching out to companies across different industries to establish and nurture relationships with HR managers and hiring decision-makers.
Placement drives and job fairs:
- Organizing on-campus events to connect students with potential employers, including managing registration, company presentations, and interview schedules.
Industry research:
- Staying informed about current market trends, job demands, and emerging industries to guide students on career choices.
Candidate preparation:
- Providing career counseling and support to students, including resume writing workshops, mock interviews, and skill development guidance.
Company outreach:
- Communicating company expectations to students, coordinating company visits, and managing company feedback on candidates.
Relationship management:
- Maintaining regular contact with corporate partners, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience with the recruitment process.
Placement data analysis:
- Tracking placement statistics, analyzing feedback from students and companies to identify areas for improvement.
Corporate engagement activities:
- Organizing industry talks, webinars, and networking events to enhance student awareness of career opportunities.
