Corporate Manager - Sales - Courier/Transportation/Freight (5-10 yrs)
Key Accountabilities :
- Developing business for PAN India
- Successfully handling large customers/ big brands
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- To ensure that sales targets are achieved as per the KPI
- Aspire to develop successful relationships with large customers.
- Looking for new market opportunities and innovative ideas for business growth
- Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
- Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with the Regional Managers for business leads and ideas
- Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential customers and new market opportunities
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as National Sales Manager who can contribute to our Company's sales objectives
- Already working with big accounts/ customers
- Experience in managing a high performance sales team
- Planning and organizing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
