Corporate Gurukul - Outbound/Telesales Role (2-4 yrs)
Job Purpose : An outbound sales representative focuses on securing sales by reaching out to clients through calls, correspondence, or face-to-face interactions. To carry out your duties, you must perform research and analysis to identify business opportunities, generate leads, discuss product specifications with customers, introduce payment plans. Moreover, you must build positive relationships with clients while adhering to the company's policies and regulations.
Areas of Responsibility :
- Identifying sales opportunities, Generating leads and Determined qualified leads.
- Lead to be called within 15 minutes of receiving it.
- More than 90% lead connectivity to be there.
- Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound phone calls.
- Converting leads into customers (Successful application (AF) is when the student pays INR 500 to schedule the PRT and appears for it).
- Preparing sales contracts.
- Communicating with qualified prospects either verbally or in writing throughout their sales cycles
- Understanding and promoting the company's products and services.
- Working with the company's software to log customer interactions and maintaining customer records.
- Coordinating sales and marketing activities.
- Working closely with the customer success department to deliver excellent customer service.
- Generating sales reports.
- Meeting sales goals - monthly sales goals, activity goals, etc.
- Adhering to company guidelines.
Availability :
Shift Timings : 12 PM (IST) to 9 PM (IST)
No. of Working Days :
- 5 Days a week (Friday, Saturday and Sundays fixated working days).
