Position Overview :


The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving Corporate Gurukul's global marketing strategy. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in branding, digital marketing, content creation, product marketing in a B2B environment, and market expansion across key regions, including India, SEA, ME, Africa, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the international education landscape, a passion for impactful storytelling, and a proven track record in fostering business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Corporate Gurukul's mission and growth objectives.

- Lead market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion in key regions, including India, SEA, ME, Africa, and Europe.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure marketing strategies support business development, sales, product initiatives, and B2B product marketing efforts.

Brand Management :

- Enhance Corporate Gurukul's brand identity, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.

- Lead the creation and execution of a content strategy that effectively communicates our mission and engages target audiences.

Digital Marketing :

- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Product Marketing in B2B Environment :

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies targeting B2B clients, clearly communicating Corporate Gurukul's value proposition to key clients/ markets.

- Work closely with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, customer needs, and business goals.

Team Leadership :

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Market Expansion :

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and regions.

- Support the sales team in lead generation and customer acquisition, ensuring strong alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Events and Partnerships :

- Plan and execute key events, workshops, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, and influencers to expand Corporate Gurukul's reach.

Performance Measurement :

- Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

- Regularly report on marketing performance to the leadership team, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in the education or edtech sectors.

- Proven success in developing and executing global marketing strategies.

- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, content strategy, market research, and product marketing in a B2B environment.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive team performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments, with a solid understanding of international markets.
