The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of branding, proficiency in creating content for websites, online marketing materials, and offline collaterals such as brochures. A strong grasp of content writing best practices and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content creation are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development
- Produce engaging, high-quality content for our website, landing pages, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Develop persuasive copy for offline marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Craft B2B communications that effectively address the needs of the education sector, highlighting our solutions and value propositions.
2. Branding and Messaging
- Ensure all content aligns with Corporate Gurukul's voice, tone, and messaging strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand narrative across all channels.
- Innovate storytelling techniques to enhance brand recall and engagement.
3. Online Marketing Support
- Write email campaigns, social media posts channel-wise, and paid ad copy optimized for lead generation and conversion.
- Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
4. Offline Collateral Creation
- Develop compelling copy for brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and reports tailored to the education B2B audience and aligned with the Brand voice
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure content and visuals complement and reinforce messaging.
5. AI Tools and Best Practices
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, brainstorming, and editing processes.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and tools to ensure content remains innovative and competitive.
- Implement content writing best practices, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and relevance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably for B2B or education-related brands.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and their application in content creation.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and tools.
- Proficiency in using AI-driven tools for content creation and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working within the education or edtech industry.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles to collaborate effectively with designers.
