Job Description:

- Prospecting and Sales:

- Identify prospective clients and promote our software products, focusing on generating new business opportunities in software sales.

- Develop strategies to expand the client base, initiate calls, and schedule meetings with potential customers.

- Account Management:

- Manage existing accounts and drive revenue growth through the sale of add-on packages and regular renewals from clients.

- Lead Generation and Follow-up:

- Generate new leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline for future business. Ensure timely follow-up on product leads.

- Collaboration:

- Coordinate with the development and backend teams to align client requirements with product capabilities, bridging any gaps.

- Sales Process Management:


- Responsible for preparing proposals, delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing orders.

- Achieve sales targets in line with budgeted expectations. Participate in sales meetings and discussions.

- Client Engagement:

- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to generate new sales opportunities.

- Influence decision-making processes at senior levels within prospective business organizations.

- Lead software sales discussions with clients, including C-level executives (CXOs, CTOs, and CFOs).
- Sales Execution:

- Manage the entire sales cycle, focusing on corporate field sales (B2B).

Job Specifications:

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience in corporate/B2B field sales.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Confidence, self-assurance, and proven ability to close software deals.

- Presentable, confident, and extroverted personality.
