Role/ Designation: Corporate communication and PR strategist

Job Description: We are looking for the Corporate communication and PR Strategist, who will help to drive excellence in internal and external communication for the Company and its brand

Requirements:

- Qualification: Post Graduation in PR & Mass Communication

- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a PR and corporate communication role.

- Excellent Media Relations & proved track record in PR field (e-commerce preferred)

- Networking skills, managing multiple partners like web, creative, PR agencies, etc.

- Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to eloquently communicate ideas, be interactive, and have a good instinct for business.

- A self-motivated individual who derives their source of energy from people and ideas and knows how to get the best from the available resources.

- Excellent judgment/decision making, conflict resolution, leadership and motivational skills.

- Experience in digital & social media would be an added bonus

- An outstanding ability to think strategically, and to identify and resolve problems

- Should have strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Responsibilities:

- Managing Consistent communication both internal and external for Company's Corporate and its brands

- Managing Online reputation of Company's Corporate & its brands across the world.

- Managing Corporate Website and other Company Corporate platforms

- Plan & execute Internal Communication

- Create and manage media content for Company's spokespersons

- Work on the Corporate PR of the company

- Work on founding team PR which helps build PR of the company

- Growing the Brand PR & organic brand placements for the company in all the media channels like Newspaper, Television, Radio

- Well connected with many PR agencies & good know how to get work done from them

- Should have good networking capabilities

- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers

- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

- Design, create and manage promotions and PR led Social ad campaigns

Compensation: The compensation package will include 2 components:

- Equity Shares/eSOPs (which should be the biggest motivation)

- Startup Salary (to cover your current expenses comfortably)

Company Profile: We are a Validation Stage startup in the daily commute technology space. Currently, we are running pilots for our key MVPs to find Product-Market Fit.
