Corporate Channel Manager - Mortgage/LAP - NBFC (3-10 yrs)
Corporate channel Manager with a leading NBFC based out of Bangalore
Exp - 3 to 10 years
Product Knowledge - Mortgage(LAP)
Location - Bangalore
Industry Preference - Banks / NBFC
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing relationship with Corporate Channels locally and also client engagement in cases which are sourced from these Channels.
- Visiting these channel on regular basis locally, upcountry as well as interstate (so candidate should be open to travel).
- Ensure daily logins from these corporate channels and delivery on month on month targets for Logins, Sanction and Portfolio Health.
- Ensure to maintain 60% login to sanction ratio from these channels.
- Supporting local sales team in terms of sourcing from these channels. Also Manage Client Origination and File Login in line with Organization Policies from time to time with the Credit Team in case required.
- Taking channel relationship to next level with continuous engagement with local channel heads.
- Engage with CPA and Credit Manager to resolve any Clarification / additional inputs from clients for CAM presentation in case required.
- Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw downs and recovery efforts if any in case required.
- Drive any cross Sell initiatives that organization will drive from time to time.
- To ensure highest level of conduct, integrity and transparency in their dealings with internal and external stakeholders
