Corporate/B2B Sales Role (2-5 yrs)
Job purpose :
The purpose of the job is to create our brand presence in the region. Tap and explore the whole area for opportunities and options. Set up, develop and supervise your team in order to increase the number of corporate sales.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Only male candidates, For field B2B Sales experience
- Set up a sales team and develop it for generating sales on a steady manner.
- Visit various clients and make corporate tie-ups.
- Required to be on field trips for client meetings .
- Alongside also maintain the hygiene factor of the branch.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications include :
- MBA in Marketing
- Additional Course in Sales (If Any)
- At least 2 years of Experience in the core field.
- Strong in business communication.
