Corporate Alliance Role - Gift Card (6-8 yrs)
Hiring Corporate Sales ( Corporate Alliance/Gift Card) for a leading kitchen innovation & cookware manufacturing company in India.
Job Responsibilities:-
Should have contacts with large corporates in India to introduce for Employee Engagement, a trade gratification partner
- Experience in GIFT CARD Sales is mandatory
- Negotiate commercials and payment terms and get the vendor agreements signed
- Design loyalty program benefits and offers that lead to new customer acquisition, retention and ongoing engagement.
- Develop marketing and merchandising strategies to build awareness and sales of the loyalty and gift card program through all channels.
- Develop targeted offers, go to the market and promotional strategies across all channels.
- Partner with training and store teams to enable seamless execution, deliver value through strategic customer incentive initiatives and facilitate problem resolution.
- Manage gift card budget and return on investment.
- Manage key vendor relationships and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage and partner with external vendors to grow companies gift card business
Desired Education and Experience :-
UG- Any Specialization / MBA preferred
- 5+ Years in Gift Card Sales / Corporate Sales /Corporate Alliance.
- Proven records of good client database
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Good analytical skills
- Must understand the needs of the corporate partners
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive approach and zeal to drive through allocated tasks
Desired Candidate profile :
Full-time MBA Graduate-Marketing/Retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- At least 6 experience in selling gift cards to premium clients/large setup clients
- Age not beyond 32 yrs
- Extremely target/revenue oriented
