Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Summary :
Corporate Agency managers supervise and coordinate all aspects of an agency. They work with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Key roles and responsibilities :
1. Sales.
2. Planning and target setting for the agent sales team.
3. Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets.
4. Recruitment and management of agency channel team members.
5. Training, motivating and development of team members.
6. Generating leads from managers and new clients .
7. Solving problem of existing customers and new clients .
8. Give new schemes to existing clients and upgradation of policy .
9. Maintain fruitful relationship with clients .
10. Set monthly target for realistic goals .
