Job Description :

- Make proactive phone calls to clients to inform them about goods and services that might be of relevance to them.

- As needed, update the customer's information in the database.

- Complete pertinent sales and contracts for the sale of products or services.

- Describe to customers the features of items and services.

- If applicable, forward leads to the outbound sales team.

- Promote and cross-promote additional products that could be beneficial to customers.

- Recognize the needs of your clients and adjust your services accordingly.

- When asked, update client information, including phone numbers and addresses.

- Be patient while using a courteous, customer-focused phone style.

- If necessary, follow up on phone conversations with emails.

Candidate Profile :

- A bachelor's degree in any field of study.

- Two years of verified work experience, plus one year of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance, is necessary.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
