We are hiring for Banca Channel in Corporate Agency Manager position with having Excellent Communication skills, Sales planning and team working as well as leadership skills.
Location: Silchar, Assam
Designation: Corporate Agency Manager
Pay roll: On Roll
Responsibility:
1. Sales of bancassurance through designated bank branches.
2. Managing a group of managers who are on-call.
3. Banking and business collaboration on everything from lead generation to policy conversion.
4. Monitoring operations and educating bank lead generators.
5. To develop partnerships with the Bank that are mutually beneficial and aid in client acquisition.
6. Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to improve product pitches.
7. Handling objections and complaints and promptly addressing them.
8. Mentoring and guiding new team members in regards to the necessary deliverables and business values.
Experience:
1. Graduation is Mandatory.
2. Age: 24 to 38 Years
3. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
4. Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing.
