Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities
Accept leads generated from in-branch lead generators as well as warm leads provided by the bank from the database as well as generate own leads. Schedule meetings, inquire about the client's financial requirements in the areas of life-related investments and insurance needs, choose from the company's product line the best option to satisfy these needs, obtain the client's consent to the purchase, and accurately complete sales documentation.
Incentive programs : Make sure the programs are implemented completely successfully by cascading them.
Process for completing sales : In charge of completing medical reports and making sure policy documents are issued on time.
New product categories/markets : Periodically look for ways to expand into new markets or market segments in accordance with the company's sales plan.
Cross- and Up-Selling : Establish a strong clientele
