Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Corporate Agency managers manage and coordinate all aspects of an agency. They work with agents and clients to ensure that objectives are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Key roles and duties :
1. Sales.
2. Outlining and target setting for the agent sales team.
3. Expressing sales strategies for different products and achieving targets.
4. Recruitment and administration of agency channel team members.
5. Training, motivating, and development of team members.
6. Generating leads from managers and new clients.
7. Solving problems of existing customers and new clients.
8. Give new schemes to existing customers and up-gradation of policy.
9. Maintain productive relationships with customers.
10. Set a monthly target for realistic purposes.

CTC: 2.60 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus (40k)
