Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Job Description/Job Responsibilities -
- Hiring representatives
- Agent development and training on a commission basis.
- Keep an eye on each agent's activity plan to make sure it is being completed to the appropriate standards.
- Update sales and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.
- System of Management.
- Encourage and inspire agents to enroll in the organization's career advancement program.
- Encourage agents to manage their customers and cross-sell them on other goods by using the Agent Portal and CRM.
- Requirement:
- Any Graduates
- Candidate must have field job experience.
- Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.
- Age: 22 to 38
- Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)
- Must have local candidate
