- Build a Team of Highly Performing Financial Consultant & Advisors
- Training and Motivate your team to generate a Leads of prospective customers
- Drive business together with your team to close max. Leads
- Provide Pre & Post Sales Support
-Recruit Business Associate and Financial advisors
-Manage and motivate team of Associate and Financial Advisor
-Maintain healthy relationship with all stakeholders like customers and distributors
-Work to Achieve monthly objectives and targets
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
Qualification required
Problem solving skill
