Location : Hyderabad/Nizamabad/Karimnagar
Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Sales and Marketing within BFSI/Insurance.
CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives.
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with bank branch teams to drive insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in line with the channel's strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the bank's sales team to identify prospective customers and introduce insurance solutions.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers, including assistance with claims and renewals.
- Ensure a high level of business quality by focusing on persistency and renewals.
- Facilitate training for the bank's sales team to leverage digital tools and platforms effectively.
- Travel locally to meet customers and clients at channel partner locations as needed.
