Job Description:
The Corporate Agency Manager sells insurance products through bank branches, promoting life insurance solutions to customers, and works with bank staff to drive sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with branch managers and employees for lead generation.
- Conducting quick need analysis with walk-in customers.
- Raising knowledge of life insurance products among customers.
- Inspiring staff to recommend policies to clients.
- Meeting goal sheet objectives consistently.
- Ensuring compliance with internal sales procedures and service standards.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Having a graduate degree is required.
- +2 years in sales or marketing in Banking and Insurance.
- Must have been a local resident or native for +3 years.
- Basic familiarity with banking and insurance operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
