Corporate Agency Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Required Candidate profile :
Age: 21 to 35
- Who are ok with the given ctc
- One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills
Role : CAM /Sr.CAM
Education : Any Graduation
Experience :
CAM- 1 year sales +1 year in insurance
Sr.CAM - 1 year in sales + 2 years in Insurance
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
- Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms
