Corporate Account Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- As the main point of contact, establish enduring bonds with clients.
- Assist clients via phone, email, screen-sharing, online presentations, and in-person meetings.
- Establish a relationship of trust as a trusted advisor with executive sponsors, key accounts, and customer stakeholders.
- Assure the prompt and effective delivery of our solutions in accordance with the goals and needs of our clients.
- Inform internal and external stakeholders of the monthly or quarterly initiatives' progress in a clear and concise manner.
- Project and monitor important account data.
- By taking advantage of educational opportunities, reading trade journals, keeping up with personal connections, and joining organizations for professionals, one can stay current on job knowledge.
- Improve the department's and the organization's reputation by taking responsibility for fulfilling novel and varied requests and by looking for ways to make job accomplishments more valuable.
