Corporate Account Manager - Sales - Bank (2-5 yrs)

Corporate Account Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the the sales target for the assigned bank branches


Roles And Responsibility:

1. To achieve the business objectives of the sales unit, the incumbent will develop and implement a sales plan for the partner. Lead, inspire, and instruct your companion.

2. Establish and track specific goals to meet the partners' agreed-upon sales targets.

3. Assist partners in lead generation, lead tracking, and sales closure.

4. Assist partners with cross- and up-selling to clients based on need analysis

5. Assist the partner in continuing to facilitate their training to maintain a fruitful channel at all times.

6. Ask partners and clients for regular feedback on how satisfied they are with the selling process and the items.

7. Examine the partner's sales strategy and encourage expansion.

Candidate Profile :

- The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.

- Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

- Experience at 2 years of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.

- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.

- Android-based smartphone.

- Good communication skills
