Corefactors - Business Development Role (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for an amazing, data-driven business development professional to own revenue generation function. You will be in charge of identifying corporate leads, understand customer pain points, pitch products and services that solve their problem, nurture & follow up prospects and convert them as customers.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Take ownership for revenue generation and achieve planned targets.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Follow up new business opportunities, nurture, create interest and move them towards conversion.
- Communicate new product developments and do up sales and cross-sales.
- Maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- Understand competitor products/services features & pricing
- Take co-responsibility for customer success with marketing/customer success teams and achieve maximum CLTV.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in the related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in business development/sales/revenue generation functions with good connections.
- Excellent oral & written communication with the entrepreneur mindset.
- Ability to negotiate well.
