The Job

About the Role

- Rapyd Cloud is seeking an innovative lead generation specialist who can combine Clay.com's capabilities with cutting-edge AI tools to build sophisticated, automated prospecting systems.


- The ideal candidate will excel at creating intelligent workflows for precise targeting and personalization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI-enhanced lead generation workflows using Clay's automation capabilities.

- Create automated data enrichment pipelines that combine multiple AI services for deeper prospect insights.

- Build intelligent validation systems to improve data quality and lead scoring.

- Architect end-to-end automation workflows connecting Clay with CRM systems and other sales tools.

- Implement AI-driven segmentation and targeting strategies based on behavioral patterns and firmographic data.

- Create custom automation to scale operations.

- Monitor and optimize automation performance using advanced analytics.

Ideal Candidate

- Required Technical Skills

- Experience with AI/ML platforms (OpenAI API, Claude API, etc.) for content generation and data analysis.

- Proficiency in working with no-code automation tools.

- Experience with Clay.com or similar web automation platforms.

- Understanding of modern cloud architecture.

- Ability to create and maintain efficient automation workflows.

Required Business Skills

- 3+ years experience in B2B lead generation or sales operations.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and buyer psychology.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.

- Data privacy and compliance knowledge.

- Project management skills for complex automation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exerience with natural language processing and text analytics.

- Knowledge of automation strategies for lead scoring.

- Background in sales development, operations, or revenue operations.

- Familiarity with modern data stack tools.

- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
