Copywriter - Training & Consulting Firm (1-2 yrs)

As a Copywriter, Global Marketing, you will be responsible for serving as primary editor of marketing materials and awards applications, including electronic communications.
What you will do:
- Working closely with marketing department and brand project team to edit and format marketing materials
- Creating original marketing works to include articles, blogs, scripts, etc
- Actively seeking out and writing up success stories and case studies from around the company's network
- Working closely with SMEs to gain insight to a topic to be able to revise, rewrite, or edit articles or scripts
- Owning and driving the awards application process
- Serving as primary editor of marketing materials, such as articles, blogs, case studies, fact sheets, PowerPoint presentations, press releases, research papers, and tradeshow collateral, as well as other internal documents (such as company policy and Extended Enterprise policy manuals) as needed
-Handling other duties as assigned
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 3?5 years of experience in writing client-facing articles, success stories, case studies, and/or instructional materials
- Experience with editing of marketing materials preferred
- Excellent command of the English language and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and ability to organize multiple pieces of information into one coherent whole
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including a problem-solving approach to software-related challenges
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop a plus
- Ability to be flexible with moving deadlines and changing client requirements
