- Ability to understand the client's problem statement and solve it with a creative solution.

- 4-6 years of experience as a Copywriter/Copy Supervisor at Leading Digital agencies
- Excellent Copy, Design and Content thinking capability across all things digital and have a good eye for brand design, SM and Content.
- Proficiency in Copywriting techniques across formats and platforms such as Google Search, FB, Native advertising, Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa etc.)
- Written and executed multiple brand films, video campaigns and innovative video.
- Ability to oversee SEO content for effectiveness and keyword efficacy on Search.
- Collaborate with Strategists, Growth Marketers, Designers, and Social Media Marketers to deliver cross-media campaigns that achieve ROI/ROAS objectives.
- A track record of performing in a team environment with multiple internal and client-side stakeholders.
- A Degree in Advertising, Journalism or Digital Marketing
