The Copywriter & Proofreader will help drive our demand generation marketing activities by providing extension copy utilized in our various channels. This position will be a main proofreader for marketing generation assets such as eBooks, Whitepapers, Guides, Data sheets, events, and more. In addition, the role may occasionally also craft new materials from research, review of existing materials, or interviews with knowledge experts.

What we want you to do :

- Write marketing copy that will utilized across a variety of channels such as email, website, advertising, print, webinars, and digital demand generation assets.

- Proofread materials and provide suggested changes based on spelling, grammatical accuracy, and alignment to a designated style.

- Potentially conduct research and knowledge share on relevant topics.

Qualifications & Competencies :

- 2-3+ years- experience in a similar role.

- Proven experience in professional copywriting and proofreading in a relevant industry/field such as Finance, Enterprise Software, B2B SaaS Software.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to understand TBM (Technology Business Management) comprised of elements of Finance/Accounting, IT/Technology, and Enterprise corporations.

- Ability to craft writing to a designated style/voice.

- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred, with benefit from those in the B2B Software SaaS space.

- Working experience with common office software such as Excel, Smartsheet, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

- Not required, but beneficial is experience with PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tools such as Workfront/Wrike/others or experience with Project Management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana.

- Effective communicator with an urgency to proactively communicate prior to issues on quality or timeliness.
