Summary: The incumbent would be reporting to head digital and content and main task would be to draft and design marketing content for websites, blogs, social media, online and newspaper / magazine articles, advertising campaigns.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Would be researching ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned.

2. Developing ideas derived from online/offline research and organizing the same on paper or computer applications.

3. Sorting out workable ideas by a process of elimination and keep eliminated ideas stored for future reference.

4. Writing fresh content based on research and brainstorming by following instructions provided for each type of document.

5. Developing engaging content for articles, blogs, stories, case studies and social media to entice and engage audience.

6. Managing user-generated content on social media sites.

7. Managing the company's social media presence.

8. Writing content for newspapers and magazines keeping in mind the general structure and sentiment of the readers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION:

1. Excellent command over English language.

2. Creativity and a passion for writing. Exceptional writing, editing and proof-reading skills.

3. A fundamental understanding of SEO content writing.

4. The ability to write various Articles /PR's/Blog Posts per day.

5. Preferably a post graduate in Literature or Journalism.

6. 2 to 5 years of experience in content writing excluding technical writing.
