Copy Head - Advertising Firm (5-7 yrs)
- Understand and implement a client's key strategic initiatives
- Participates in brainstorming for the core idea/ideation that meets client's brand objective
- Create content strategy and develop communication themes for proposals, regular monthly deadlines, and project-based milestones in collaboration with the communications and planning teams.
- Proactively researches and develops innovative options for brand tactics.
- Ensures that the style of written or verbal communication used (presentation vs. detailing vs. copy to be read thoroughly) meets brand objective.
- Provides detailed direction to Copywriters and Senior Copywriters.
- Assists in developing presentation materials for existing projects and business development needs
- Show leadership in creating and executing fresh, innovative concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client objectives
- Develop and implement creative, technical and conceptual copy solutions which will meet client strategic planning objectives.
- Guide the creative and account teams through creative conception, execution of concepts and departmental processes.
- Leverage direct response best practices to help our clients reach their strategic and targeting goals.
- Responsible for current knowledge and understanding of emerging trends and technologies and the ability to institute best practices for traditional and digital marketing products.
- Showing improved response rates on produced direct response and channel offerings.
- Making creative conception and product execution through a variety of communication mediums
