We are seeking a creative and strategic Copy and Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting compelling copy and content that resonates with target audiences while aligning with our brand's voice and objectives. As a Copy and Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive content strategies that support overarching marketing and communication goals. This includes defining content themes, target audiences, messaging frameworks, and distribution channels.

-Write high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy for various platforms and formats, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertising, product descriptions, and more. Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all written materials.

- Create a wide range of content types, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, video scripts, and other multimedia content. Ensure that content is well-researched, accurate, and valuable to the intended audience.

- Incorporate SEO best practices into content creation to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for relevant search terms.

- Develop and manage editorial calendars to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across all channels. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce visually appealing and engaging content.

- Analyze target audience demographics, behaviours, and preferences to tailor content to specific segments. Develop personalized content strategies that resonate with different audience groups.

-Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation. Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies.

- Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and product/service features. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of technical content.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's identity, mission, and values. Uphold brand consistency in all written and visual content.
