Opportunity :

- The candidate will work on tracking, analysing and disseminating client communication through emails and work closely with client teams in establishing processes and transitioning of work flows. The candidate should have the experience of working in drafting and editing emails, articles and reports.

Responsibilities :

- Tracking and analyzing direct and interactive marketing campaigns

- Creating and editing email campaign templates

- Proofreading emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling

- Ensuring that HTML validation, image validation, and link validation are complete

- Email automation and managing triggers

- Facilitate the entry of meeting and events data requested by the user group

- Answer the phone and support users on navigational related questions

- Overall reporting and creating documents of - detailed operating procedures-

- Provide QA support to other team-members

Required Background :

- Proficient in running email campaigns and editing reports

- Background and experience in mass communication/media

- Working experience on CRM Platforms, such as Salesforce, and marketing automation software such as - Marketo-

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong problem-solving/analytical skills
